The most important factor is selecting from the two available models based on your mobility. Click Here for our tub builder and choose your mobility level to get started. Once the appropriate model is selected, you can customize your tub with a variety of features to suit your preferences. These include different hydrotherapy options (see more in our "What is Hydrotherapy"question) and add-on accessories. All of our tubs come standard with extra safety features for your peace of mind: U-bars, grab bars, a low threshold for easy entry, a locking handle on the door, and slip-resistant texture on the floor of the tub.

At Jetta, we are known for our responsive service and attention to detail, so you can always feel comfortable knowing you are buying from a company where your business is valued, and you can expect real interaction with people who care. Our walk-in tub products stand apart thanks to a variety of exclusive features: a single-circuit electrical system that makes installation simpler and more efficient, our JettaWarm technology for your all-over bathing comfort, and the one-piece construction method used in our manufacturing process, which eliminates the joint failures common in the two-piece construction of other brands.

We currently offer two different walk-in tubs, which are designed to be selected based on the mobility level of the primary bather. Model J90D features an outswing door and is best for an individual who is able to stand and step into the tub without assistance. Model J95D features an inswing door and is designed for individuals who require assistance standing or need to transfer from a chair into the tub.

Jetta’s active drain technology was developed to give our walk-in customers the most comfortable bathing experience possible. When you’re finished bathing, you can expect the water to be completely drained from the tub in approximately 90 seconds so you can exit the tub safely as quickly as possible. For more information, see our active drain video here.

While we do recommend hydrotherapy for the ultimate walk-in bathing experience, we offer a soak-only features package, called Soak Plus, which does not include hydrotherapy. Our two other walk-in tub features packages include hydrotherapy. The Therapy Plus package includes our exclusive Dual Zone Jetta Whirl Therapy System – providing an all-over hydrotherapy experience in both the top of the tub and the footwell. The Therapy Premium package offers both the Dual Zone Jetta Whirl Therapy System and the Jetta Air Therapy System, adding in the benefit of rejuvenating air bubbles circulating throughout the tub. Learn more about how each of our hydrotherapy options work in our video here.

By definition, hydrotherapy is a therapeutic method of using water to soothe and treat a variety of physical conditions. Some methods are designed to soothe and relax, and others are designed for invigoration and healing. At Jetta, we take the science of hydrotherapy seriously and offer a variety of options and combinations to deliver just the experience you’re seeking. See our Hydrotherapy Options video for more details.

The jets in the foot well of Jetta's Walk-In tubs can be removed and placed in the dishwasher for cleaning. To remove the jets, turn the outer ring counter clockwise past the point of resistance until you hear a click. Pull the jet straight out to remove. To reinstall the jet, insert the jet body into the housing and turn to the right until you hear a click.

The most effective way to keep your whirlpool sanitary is using Jetta Clean - this can be purchased from your local Jetta Distributor or in our Jetta Showroom.
A secondary method for clean your whirlpool tub is to fill your tub with hot water 2” above the upper level jets. Add 2 tablespoons of low-foaming automatic dishwashing detergent (i.e. Cascade) and ½ cup of household bleach. Run the whirlpool system for a minimum of 15 minutes. Drain bath. Refill with cold water and run the whirlpool system for an additional 10 minutes. Drain bath. If this procedure has not been performed recently, you may need to do this several times to ensure the lines are clean.
