ORDER POLICY

Jetta will provide an order acknowledgment within 48 hours. Please review order acknowledgments carefully to verify the product configuration. Unless notified, Jetta will ship orders as acknowledged.

Most walk-in tubs ship within 7 business days. A product order can be canceled or changed at no charge within 48 hours of the transmission of the order acknowledgment. Any change or cancellation after 48 hours is subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the purchase price.
