Although we strive to ensure the perfect walk-in tub for your needs, we acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally occur. Please review the information below to familiarize yourself with our refund policy.

Obtaining a return goods authorization (RGA) from Jetta is mandatory for all product returns. Additionally, a restocking fee equivalent to 50% of the tub's purchase price, along with the freight cost to return the item to Edmond, Oklahoma, will be applicable. To qualify for a return, the product must be in pristine condition, resembling its original state, and should not have undergone any alterations, modifications, or prior installations. Jetta will handle the packaging and shipping arrangements on your behalf.
